2. Establish Location For Transition

5. End-User Training

3. Define & Document The Invoice Process

4. Mass End-User Registration

6. Item Mapping & Crossover

Identify the ship-to locations for the supplier transition and any specific site requirements that may exist.

Collect the necessary information for end-users (including mobile technicians) who will be ordering items form the supplier partner. This information may be utilised to create accounts on the supplier’s catalogue website (where myBuy doesn’t exist).

Define the invoicing requirements for the supplier partner such as: frequency, payment terms, myBuy capabilities etc.

Incoming staff should be trained and orientated prior to go-live. Set-up a training plan and record  / sign-off all attendance.

Ensure the key items purchased are mapped to supplier partner’s catalogue and ensure pricing and availability are defined.  If the supplier partner is an incumbent, check that CBRE’s contracted pricing is enabled.

7 . Supplier Partner CBRE account setup

8. Day 1- GO LIVE

Ensure that all CBRE locations are created in the supplier partner’s system and account numbers are created where appropriate

You should now be ready for Day 1 go -live. Take notes and assess Day 1 activities and use the coming days of operation to make adjustments. Feedback during this period is vital to the success of the operation
